are three ways you can enter PedalFest:

By Payment on the Day:

Click on the "ENTRY FORM" button above and the Entry Form will appear |

Print out the PedalFest Entry Form using the "PRINT FORM" button |
| (3) |
Read and understand the CONDITIONS OF ENTRY and THE DECLARATION AND WAIVER |
| (4) |
Fill in your details (one person/family per form) |
| (5) |
Select the size and number of T-shirts/Polo Shirts you require. |
| (6) |
Bring the form with your payment to the sign in table outside the Dungog Tourist Information centre on the day. |

NOTE:Riders under 14yrs of age MUST be accompanied by a cycling adult on all rides. |

Proceeding to the next step and clicking on the "ACCEPT"
button to proceed to the Westpac site indicates that EACH
AND EVERY ADULT PARTICIPANT CONFIRMS THAT THEY HAVE READ AND
UNDERSTOOD THE CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND THE DECLARATION AND
WAIVER AND AGREE TO COMPLY WITH SAME

Click on the Dungog PedalFest button and follow the instructions |
